It’s the most wonderful time of the year—gathering with loved ones to share joy🕎, traditions🎅, and... unfortunately, 𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬!🦠

The holidays are a peak season for the spread of cold, flu, and COVID-19. While these little bugs love our festive get-togethers, we have the power to keep ourselves and others healthy.

Here are a few friendly reminders to help us all celebrate safely:

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗰𝗸: The best way to spread holiday cheer is not to share your cold! If you're feeling unwell, please stay home. If you have mild symptoms and still wish to attend, contact your host first to see if they are comfortable with you coming while masked, and respect their decision.🤧

𝗔 𝗙𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗡𝗼: If you are running a fever, please do not attend any gatherings. This is often a sign of something more serious than a common cold, like the flu or COVID-19. 🤒

𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻: Simple hygiene goes a long way. Wash your hands frequently and avoid touching your face, eyes, and mouth.👏🫧🧼

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: For those at higher risk of serious illness, or when attending indoor or crowded events, consider wearing a mask for extra protection. 😷

Let's look out for each other and ensure everyone has a healthy and happy holiday season.🎄🎊⋆⁺₊❅.
