𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 are a common experience this time of year, and they can be even more challenging for those living with chronic health conditions.


What causes them? According to 𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐈 (National Alliance on Mental Illness), the blues can stem from:


  • Less sunlight🌚


  • Disruption of routines😩


  • Over-commercialization 😑


  • Separation from loved ones💔


Below 𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐈 has shared a helpful list of common symptoms and tips to beat 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀.
